FROZA was born from a simple idea. Chef Hussein Abdel Sater set out to make authentic Lebanese food more accessible, convenient and enjoyable for today's families. From kibbeh and cheese rolls to warak enab, every recipe is crafted with care, rooted in tradition, and made to keep the flavour, warmth and spirit of homemade Lebanese cooking.
